Hi, we are still managing to ship all parcels through other channels. Our previous FedEx service is not available, as due to Covid, FedEX appears to be unable to maintain its phone service and IT network.
FedEx is not currently able to answer their phones to arrange for collection.
All express parcels will now shipped with DHL.
